py-graph-core and py-graph-dot install the same file #121

With latest version of py-graph-core and py-graph-dot, they both install file 
with the same name:
lib/python2.7/site-packages/pygraph/readwrite/__init__.py

Diff shows only subtle difference.

I think that this file should be installed only by one of these packages 
(py-graph-core).
