Greeting, I would really like a competent answer related to the SDK for DJI Mini 2SE, whether and when it will be released from your side, if not, I would also like you to tell me that. Best Regards

Thank you for your interest in DJI SDK. Unfortunately, we currently do not have plans to support DJI Mini 2 SE.

Sorry, but for a year and a half I get the same answer, please tell me something more specific, I would be grateful if there is any hope for the SDK, if there is not, tell me there will be no SDK support and that's it. Thanks.

From what I understand now, MSDK will not support DJI MINI 2 SE. If there are any changes in the future, we will provide updates on the developer forum.

This is very unfortunate and quite infuriating. I'm sad to see DJI artificially forcing us the consumer to buy higher priced equipment for features able to be easily integrated in lower end of the market drones, like the Mini 2 SE. I really hope DJI will rethink it's position in regards to the MSDK.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

DJI MINI 2 SE is essentially the same as the DJI MINI 2 in terms of functionality. The MSDK currently supports the DJI MINI 2. The SDK will gradually focus on enterprise-level drones, and support for consumer-level drones may be provided based on their usage scenarios in the industry.

"support for consumer-level drones may be provided based on their usage scenarios in the industry"

But how will the mini 2 SE have a chance at being used in the indsutry as more than a glorified flying camera if no one is able to use it with MDSK ?

As you said the mini 2 and the mini 2 SE are very simmilar hardware wise. The connection is between the phone and the RC-N1 which is supported by MSDK and is the default controller for both the mini 2 and mini 2 SE. I was even able to get the camera feed from the mini 2 SE to show up with MSDK V4. Even though it isn't very consistent, this is still an indicator that the MDSK wants to work with the mini 2 SE but just needs a little push from the DJI developers theselves, (cause basically the whole SDK is obfuscated 🥲).

So please DJI, make the changes that need to be done for the mini 2 SE and MSDK to cooperate 🙏❤️

If any other company wants to make consumer level drones with an SDK, you'll win me over from DJI in an instant

I will convey your expectations regarding the DJI Mini 2 SE. However, the MSDK currently does not have a support plan for the DJI Mini 2 SE. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Okay, now tell me when you will have a plan for the MSDK for the DJI Mini 2 SE? This I want to know.

I would really need the dji mini 2 se MSDK like à brunch of us.

Is it that complex to make ? I mean the mini 3 has MSDK... like the mini 2...

Sorry, adapting to a specific model requires a team evaluation. I can convey your expectations to the team, but I cannot make any promises.

I hope it's not bullshit. Like others on this forum, I believe you’re deliberately withholding the SDK to push us to buy more expensive models.

I bought a DJI Mini 2 SE drone five days ago (first one), and if I can’t use third-party apps (because the DJI Fly app doesn’t work correctly—like the Circle QuickShot just making my drone fly away, among other limited options), I’ll simply request a refund (bought on Amazon) and purchase from another company that doesn’t treat its customers like fools.

I'm not joking, and I hate being taken for a fool......

P.S. I'm a programmer, I know it's not so hard to deploy an sdk when similar hardware already have an sdk. They only features not working on third party apps was camera feed, everything else seems to work.

Please release an updated sdk so all users can fully utilize thier equipment.
