Dear Client Thank you for contacting DJI.

Hi, I have seen you are trying to run MSDK on a smart glasses. The last line of error said Not RM500 which indicates that the MSDK says the device is not a smart controller. You have to figure out your own way to connect to the 3rd party equipment.

Hopefully our solution can help you. Kindly Regards, DJI Developer Support

I mean the above 2 apps developed by DJI can be used on this identical equipment that produced the glError 1280 on the MSDK. In another word, why are these 2 Apps working properly on this smart glass?

Agent comment from William Wong in Zendesk ticket #36829:

Dear Client Thank you for contacting DJI.

Hi, those 2 apps are our official apps which only supports DJI products. However, the BT-300 glasses you use is not our DJI product.

Hopefully our solution can help you. Kindly Regards, DJI Developer Support

But that 2 Apps run on BT-300 non-DJI product. I am using BT-300 trying out MSDK on LightBridge 2 and A3, DJI products.

Dear Client Thank you for contacting DJI.

Hi, I am sure that both our 2 official apps havn't adapted to the BT-300. I am suprisely that DJI GO 4 can run on it. We are suggesting people using mobile device and tablet to run our apps. This is beyond what we can support. As far as I know, our MSDK can run on iOS 9.0+ and Android 5.0+.

Hopefully our solution can help you. Kindly Regards, DJI Developer Support
