Defect: When using waypoint gimbalPitch and waypoint actions order of operations issue

When using these waypoint/mission options (shown below) and the waypoint take picture action there is an operations order issue at the first waypoint. The drone flies to the first waypoint takes a picture then sets the gimbal angle. I'd expect it to first adjust the gimbal then take the photo. This has been observed on iOS with a M600.

Waypoint: @property(nonatomic, assign) float gimbalPitch;
