Implement registration of multiple accounts #10

Provide the facility to configure multiple different GitHub accounts to be able to quickly and easily switch between listing their repositories, instead of typing in the account name in the setup each time.

Major progress, setup replaced with list of "Profiles" for user to configure, auto-creates default if none exists, need to migrate prior config still.
