Create a Windows Service Application which encapsulates the download process, which performs tasks as configured by the user.

The idea is to let a user choose the repositories they want to automatically back up, and then a Windows service would be responsible for actually performing the download on a schedule. This is very low priority, and is a feature that must come in a future version.
