Goal

Create and maintain an indexing service dedicated to libraries, with the end result of centralized data storage and instantaneous search data.

Requirements

[ ] Implement a Windows Service which gets installed with application
[ ] Continuously scan all libraries for changes
[ ] Save indexing information in central location
- Perhaps a SQL database of sorts?
[ ] Implement scripting functions which interact with index data
