10 second Auto-Disarm like DJI #528

An implementation of the auto-disarm function if there is no control input from 
the user for a specified time period would help in increasing the safety 
features of ArduCopter and also prevent accidents.

What I am speaking of is implemented in DJI systems flight controllers.

Don't understand. I set the craft to hover at 10m and after 10 seconds it would 
fall out of the sky because of auto-disarm.
