Nintendont freeze when using USB (Wii U) #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start nintendont from the boot.dol on a sd card and launch any game.
2. Use an external HDD or flash drive for loading(tested with all of my drives).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:
The game should start after displaying launching main.dol and should create the
debug file I would attach to this post...

Instead:
When launching any game(tested with all of my games) the Wii U simply shows a
black screen after the text loading main.dol and refreshing the video output
and has to be plugged from the power supply to shut down.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
R99 on vWii of Wii U(PAL).
Latest Wii U firware, cIOS installed.

Please provide any additional information below.
1. Strangely enough this error occured around r84, but couldn't be solved by
going back to the most stable revision(r80).
2. I formatted each drive with the recommended 32k cluster size, but couldn't
get any game to work.
3. This error doesn't occur when loading from a sd card, but lags (with some
hilarious game glitches).
4. Even when placing the ansi.bin file on the hdd, it doesn't work.
5. Maybe this is due to some damaged ioses of the vWii, but probably not
because usb loaders for wii games work flawless(also when using fat32 drives).
6. I also tried any GC format from raw to extracted, but it didn't help
anything.
7. I use a cheap Chinese PS2 to PC adapter that works with the controller.ini
of the ps2 controller, it used to work with former revisions so that can't be
the reason for freezing.
8. When trying the exact same hdd and controller on a Wii it works.
9. There are no reads of the external hdd when the display resets after loading
main.dol.
(10. When launching a game, the Wii U game in the wii u disk drive starts
spinning)

I am really sorry, but switching to a different sd card with smaller size(2 gb)
solved all problems, so I guess you can close this issue now as it won't freeze
anymore with this.
