Input changes during gameplay? #98

Today I was playing super mario sunshine with my mayflash gamecube adapter for 
wiimote with bluetooth, but then after watching a cutscene, my input has been 
changed so the B button has been changed to the A button now, And the A button 
has been changed to the X button. 

This also happened with a wii u pro controller with Bluetooth.

Should I go back to using my Mayflash 3 in 1 magic joy box adapter that I have?

Had the same issue playing Wind Waker using a Wii Classic Controller Pro. While 
sailing my buttons kept changing anytime I would enter the pause menu.

you realize pressing the minus button changes the button layout?

attach a save of the spot whare you are going in and out of pause that causes 
the change. so we can attempt to duplicate it.
