Align default image tag on chart default values #68

Hello,

I'm starting to use this plugin and I've noticed that the default version is still 2.0.8.

I imagine that the release 2.0.10 (for the docker image will arrive soon), so I made a PR to put in the meantime the version 2.0.9 by default.
