same thing as this

First install Xbox 360 from here https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-in/d/xbox-360-controller-for-windows depending what type of operating system you have 32 bit or 64 bit .Install Visual C ++ 2013 x86 from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=40784 .If you have already installed it then choose repair option. Because it fixed my problem.

Because it fixed my problem.
