Turn-by-Turn Directions #1406

Would like My Tracks to provide Turn-by-Turn directions, both visual and 
audible, linked to the Google Maps database, and tailored to the type of 
activity.  For example, if I'm biking, it should use Google Maps database for 
bicycling paths and trails.

Additionally, the audio output should have a setting to boost the volume 
slightly beyond the maximum of the phone, so that it can be heard even with 
loud traffic noise.

We won't be able to do this until Google has a public api for turn-by-turn 
direction.

Going to close for now.
