export to Google Maps Engine #1567

Google discontinued the previous export track to Google My Maps which has been 
deprecated and moved to Google Maps Engine.

This is been updated to MyTracks v2.0.7 but its not open source any more. 

Can anyone guide us on how to add export tracks to Google Maps Engine to 
MyTracks v2.0.6?

Sorry, we are currently using an internal api.
