Track coloring is slow and leads to crashes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on track coloring in map settings (dynamic or static, ie. not single 
color)
2. Import and open attached track

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I takes about 5s to draw the track. And when chaning tabs to stats and back to 
the map and scrolling in the map, the app sometimes crashes. If track is set to 
be single color, it is almost instantaneous and there is no crash.

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
MyTracks 2.0.8
SGS2/Cyanogenmod 11 M11/Android 4.4.4
