Set up Firebase #20

As we are going to make a multiplayer game, we have to store user data on a server like thing, that's called a database. For real time database it's very useful to use Google Firebase and someone has to set up an account for this.

I suggest a PM to the people in charge will do. Iff needed, we could make a private GitHub repo to store private info like that.
