Create Enemy class

Create an Enemy class with the following things:

• [x] Two position variables
• [x] A draw function that draws the enemy tank sprite

Then implement the class by doing the following things:

• [x] Create a array of enemy classes with some testing values
• [x] Draw them by iterating over them
