Make AI smarter #76

Currently the enemy tanks are really stupid and move just randomly. Make them smarter.

@richelbilderbeek, I made the AI smarter according to the issue. But the new problem/issue is that I made the AI a bit too smart, so it is impossible to win 😂🤣 (unless if you use the debug hotkeys).
