Add git_ssh_wrapper support to the project resource #48

I needed to use the GIT_SSH environment variable so I added support for it to the project resources in a similar manner to the chef deploy resource.

thanks for your contribution. I actually don't think the git_ssh_wrapper env variable should be set via the composer-cookbook. I'll close the issue for now, but don't hesitate to give me some further background to your PR and as to why it belongs in the composer-cookbook and then we can always reopen the thread...
