UTF-8 encoded channel names are not decoded properly #61

For example, with a Danish channel name of 2 TV 2 (Østjylla the Ø character will get trashed. Thanks to user wazer at the SilconDust forums for noting this!

Presumed fixed via https://github.com/djp952/hdhomeruntray/commit/69d40f83ec0a815523b068d1b98df76420bbb09e, will wait for user to confirm prior to close.
