Fix get/post error message text for new 'form' post type #100

This is an oversight from v*.8.0, the new 'form' post type will report as 'get' in any error messages

Fixed via https://github.com/djp952/pvr.hdhomerundvr/commit/d921c6a724b472dd54f753158ef273a86a47c8bb, and backported to Matrix and Leia branches.
