Remove 'Disable reporting of active Live TV tuner signal status' setting #101

This can be accomplished in Kodi itself. Verify that's the case in Leia before removing from that platform.

Implemented via https://github.com/djp952/pvr.hdhomerundvr/commit/6311ba7a58fdc081c0ea06978c0a1b8c165b5660 and backported to Matrix. Leia didn't have this option.
