Guide "numbers" in LibreELEC 18.3 on Raspberry Pi 4 #61

This is hardly an issue, but a preference. On LibreELEC/Kodi 18.3 the guide "channel" number is displayed sequentally; e.g., 1,2,3,4,5,6, .... Using Windows 10 and Kodi 18.3 the virtual channel is displayed. To me, the virtual channel is significantly more useful.

In the Kodi PVR & Live TV settings, there should be an option called "Use channel numbers from backend". That should do what you are looking for.

Note that if you have more than one PVR installed, that option will not work. If that ends up being the case, if you go into the PVR addon settings, under General, I have an option to prepend the proper channel numbers to the channel names. So you would still see the 1,2,3,4,etc but instead of say "WBAL-DT", it would be "511 WBAL-DT". It's unlikely you would need to do this, but I thought I'd mention it just in case you happen to have more than one PVR addon enabled.

Please let me know if this meets your needs or if I misunderstood the request in any way.
