Revisit options for increasing the amount of the guide data beyond 8 hours #8

Users have requested that more guide data beyond the provided maximum of ~8 hours be exposed. This enhancement was written off in the past as too time consuming due to the need to request each channel multiple times, but it should be revisited now that it has been specifically requested.

If the option can be made to work and the only "problem" is the amount of time/resources it takes to load, that is a decision that the end user can make; enable them to decide if it doesn't become too ridiculous to implement.

Version 1.1 of the PVR Client is expected to switch to a completely on-demand EPG implementation allowing the user to set the timeframe through the Kodi settings. So far the implementation seems OK, I'm trying to get feedback from SiliconDust before making it official. The change may be in violation of the Guide Terms of Service.

Version 1.1 PVR public beta testing has been received positively and after a couple bug fixes here and there things are looking good. Expect to close this issue when version 1.1 is released.
