"A"SR applet is broken #22

I haven't had time to figure it out, but there are some serious problems with the ASR applet, especially when loaded on both sides. Probably something to do with HSRingBufferManager.h. It needs attention.

Pretty sure I've fixed things up nicely in v1.6.4
