Support plain colours as replacement for card images #10

At least one course has used plain colours (or is there a lighting scheme going on here), rather than card images. Achieved this by creating an image with that colour.

Provide a mechanism by which card image can be a colour (RGB, or label)

Sort of working

But if it's not a valid colour for Card Image: appears to be set to rgb(68,68,68)

Question is whether we can still use this - because a URL should be picked up.
