Move the dates to an external library/object

Rather than have dates manually in both content and contentWithCards (and cards) seperate out into extenral object ready for inclusion in all.

Current code and data

• TERM_DATES - the hash of hashes with the dates for each teaching period
• getTermDate( week, day ) - given week and day return date TODO - is it the same in all scripts
• handleUniversityDate() - handle the HTML conversion. NOT to go in - but uses getTermDate
• calculateTerm - break up page component into TERM MAYBE

Usage

• setImage (Cards) uses TERM_DATES - direct access - passes TERM and week

Design

• modules/termDates.js
• no OO just put the functions and the data structure in there
• add in export

Findings

• Need to appropriately declare all variables - modules are strict - let and var
• Can only call the functions from within the module, not the HTML.

Still need to do more testing on contentWithCard and content - but that will do when the rest of it is moved to modules
