Be able to hide sections based on Blackboard item adaptive release #21

Rather than simply say to students (not available) remove/hide a section of the accordion if the matching item is unavailable i.e. either not added yet or hidden due to adaptive release

Would enable writer to time release of content. Limit content from certain types of users etc.
