Remove http:// or similar from Blackboard Content|Menu link styles #27

THe online version of Word auto inserts http:// (and similar) to all links. Making it impossible to create Blackboard style links.

Since all Blackboard Content|Menu link objects should be phrases, not actual links. Should be fine to remove the http:// in the conversion code - or perhaps the Javascript in content.js
