Heading and section numbering #45

BCOM OUA courses (some) like to use section heading 1.1 1.1.1 1.1.2 etc. Can we support it?

Two possible methods

  1. Support the use of Word heading numbering (not sure if Mammoth) allows it
  2. Have the content interface auto calculate it - perhaps with a param for the chapter number
