Migrate BIM to Moodle 2.0 #11

At some stage will need to give consideration to a migration to Moodle 2.0

Information on how http://docs.moodle.org/en/Development:Migrating_contrib_code_to_2.0

May end up having to have two versions: 2.0 and pre 2.0.
