Check and complete the help icons for coordinator views #38

These are not complete, nor are they working in the Moodle way. Check and fix and use the learning to check the other help icons

Completed as part of http://davidtjones.wordpress.com/2013/01/04/bim-2-0-cleaning-up-issues-part-2/ Also fixed up help icons for all others, except students.
