Complete check on gradebook integration

After adding grademax support and fixing the coding error, complete the check on gradebook integration.

This needs to be re-visited and rethought inlight of http://davidtjones.wordpress.com/2013/01/04/bim-2-0-cleaning-up-issues-part-2/ and also broader considerations about how to get BIM to work nicely with the gradebook.

Setting up a category with each question as an item within it sounds like a plan.

have just committed code with gradebook integration working as below

• - Currently implements a single, simple gradebook calculation
• • sum the marks on all student released posts
• • calculate what percentage that is of the total possible marks
• • calculate the equivalent percentage of the maximum mark to go in gradebook
• - e.g.
• • the maximum mark for the gradebook is 10
• • there are 5 posts in the activity, each worth a maximum of 10 marks
• • that's a total possible mark of 50 marks
• • a student has only one post released, that post was good, worth 10 marks
• • So the student's total so far, is 10 marks.
• • 10 marks is 20% of 50 marks (the total possible mark)
• • 20% of 10 (maximum gradebook mark) is 2
• • So the student should get 2 marks in their gradebook entry
