http://docs.moodle.org/dev/Advanced_grading_API support for BIM? Rubrics? How might this get tied in with analytics type stuff?

There was significant interest from other folk in issue #3 for grade scales. Assuming this belongs here.

The centralisation of the grading process http://docs.moodle.org/dev/Grading_interface_2.0 has connections with this issue and also raises large implications re: how posts are graded.
