Look for and warn students and others of "summary" feeds #76

Some RSS feeds can be set to summary - i.e. only the first few sentences of a post appear in a feed. No good for BIM

BIM needs to generate warnings for both the student and teacher when it detects this happening in a feed. Also probably needs some mechanism to recover from this e.g. editing posts or doing an update.
