The "about" message for BIM fails in use of bullets #83

The "Add an activity or resource" dialogue box provides some intro text on BIM. There's an attempt to use bullets (* as bullets) that doesn't work. Fix/replace.

This is also related to the popup help on the "Adding a new BIM" i.e. it appears to help the same help string.
