User search #86

Search for a student within BIM isn’t working on mootest, it does work on my box. My initial guess is some SQL type queries in BIM that are MySQL specific.

This is only an editingteacher's problem - only user who can do a search. And the problem is there. non-ending query.

Apparently mostly a problem with proxy's and simplepie timeouts. Fixed.
