[x] set up repo as userscript template (e.g. canvas-collections)
[x] skeleton code MVC structure
[x] add browse button to Canvas add collection interface (with simple tooltip)
[x] implement some form of basic interface with the four steps
[x] Step 1 to 2 - word to mammoth
[x] 2 to 3 - HTML to Canvas module structure
[x] 3 to 4 - create module structure
[x] Refine Word styles
- [ ] implement a Teaching Team style

Adding Mammoth

The checkHtml view needs to display a wait for the upload and Mammoth conversion to be completed?

Add a custom event handler to the div (have this set on every page - by default - when create empty is called)
generate this event once the result is generated in the promise in controller
have an event handler in the view

Tasks

[x] Show a spinner while waiting
[x] Show results when done
[x] Add in options to styling
[x] Test with content interface
[x] Add in some sort of accordion for the messages and html
[ ] Perhaps so some summary result
