refactor command-line interface and seperate build functions

Currently, the command line interface of our compiler is misleading. Several things need to be done:

Make a new function in FirmInterface to build with the FIRM backend
move the call to the according build function out of the FirmInterface::convert(...) function
update main.cpp, the command line interface and the help/readme texts accordingly.
