As a followup to #85, there are still some things to fix.

[x] Implement a solution for the "exception" glyphs in the basic Shadow style (as drawn in 2-build)
[x] Check what other relevant differences exist between the released fonts and the fonts from this pipeline, using diffenator2. #96, #97
[x] Verify and fix spacing/kerning for vertical layout #67, #68

(We may edit the above list as we discover/remember more items.)

Vertical layout is currently quite broken.
