Or would it be something like this but with a different background color?
I think most important thing is to style this as a button so it feels clickable (as opposed to “weight” and “italic” which are labels)
some graphic design apps will use a button group with 'Aa' and 'AA' for multicase and uppercase, respectively (so it’s like a radio button where selecting one deselects the other)
