At least MKL point to outdated package #168

I noticed at https://juliaobserver.com/packages/MKL it point to years old package not: https://github.com/JuliaComputing/MKL.jl

This could be a more wide-spread problem, but at least for MKL, gives the wrong impression of its maturity.
