Feature request: Make device trackers and/or switches optional #24

I found that I do not use the device trackers and internet switches very often. They pollute the device registry quite heavily.

When you add the integration you can opt to add all entities as disabled so they won't fill up your lists. Then you can just enable the specific entities/devices that you are interested in having on your system.

I think this should solve for that.
