Add ability to add new devices as disabled

This integration works well for me, but since I have 130 devices and 272 entities, I would like the ability to add all devices as disabled, as well as the entities (which I've disabled during the setup step). This is essential, because HA doesn't appear to provide any way to multi-select devices and disable them in bulk, or I would go do that! Thanks.

I do note that I can't actually do anything with the enabled devices when the entities are disabled, so I appreciate that functionally we get to the same endpoint either way.
