CC71-74 Patch Modification not reflected on Opl3_CalcVolume() #15

Original patch parameters are being restored when Opl3_CalcVolume() is called, presenting inconsistencies in audible playback.

Fixed: was only brightness (CC74) since register 0x40 was the only thing tweaked.
