One package for CGGM and TAG-lasso #14

It would be nice to have CGGM and TAG-lasso in one R package. This is also what we had before we did a complete redesign of the methodology.

The two methods of course have a different focus, but it would be nice to streamline the user interface (input arguments and class structure of output) where that makes sense.

Having a nice package with both methods would make a stronger case for writing a paper for JSS or another software journal.

@ineswilms and Jacob Bien would of course have to agree with this, and we could write the software paper with the five of us.
