If the email field is filled in qq.com domain will not receive the notification #205

Currently self-hosted at vercel and railway. Today I found out that if I fill in the email field with qq.com domain I will not receive email and telegram bot notifications. Other email domains can receive notifications.

Has anyone encountered this problem?
