fix: bump postcss version for enabling using node 18.x #264

Hi, as #256 mentioned, the version v8.2.10 of postcss requires node 16.x. Just bump the version to v8.4.x will enable cusdis to use node 18.x which is gonna be the minimum allowed version on Vercel in the near fulture.
