Vertical Scrolling - In my opinion every reader app should have the choice of 
vertical scrolling or horizontal page turning.

There should be a settings option to facilitate continuous scrolling to the 
next or previous chapter.

I agree with this, especially since, as far as I know, most of the books in the 
bible were subdivided into chapters after they were originally written. The 
lack of continuous scrolling makes it easier to lose the context in between 
chapters, and it interrupts the original flow of reading.
