Move status LEDs to a place on the board that they can be right up against the enclosure #28

Status LEDs should be visible via a port, and therefore should be able to right up against the enclosure.

Also, it should be possible to turn off the status LEDs...

Printing may be done in translucent plastic for visibility. But LEDs won't be moved.
